I had the pleasure of having Rick Zurz as my attorney and I am so happy with how it was. He is the most professional, most experienced, and most knowledgeable attorney I think I could have ever gotten. He made me feel very comfortable in a tough situation. I hope I'm never in another accident, but if I am, I would absolutely reach out to John Lynett with Slater & Zurz. John was very professional and highly responsive. My questions and concerns were always addressed promptly and with very clear communication. I expected to go through much more of a hassle, at least at some point throughout this process, but there was literally none. The most I did was sign paperwork, provide information, or answer a question. John was really a pleasure to work with. I would highly advise anyone in a MVA to seek professional legal representation. Yes, they do take a portion of your settlement, but it is absolutely worth the fee. They not only deal entirely with the hassle, they are able to better negotiate with all parties to ensure you receive the most compensation for your pain and suffering. I feel that a client will still receive more money splitting a settlement with a firm than if they were to represent themselves. They're motivated because more money for the client translates to more money for the firm. At the end of the day, attorneys have much more pull when negotiating with insurance companies and other parties and both the client and the firm win.

I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Richard Zurz and his entire staff, you never want to have to hire an attorney but I will promise you he and his staff will take a bad situation and make it a lot better. He represented us in a very professional manner while keeping our best interest at heart, I would never call anyone else but him in the future, amazing attorney!
