I hired this firm to handle my DUI case, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. From the beginning, there was almost no communication. My attorney never called to introduce himself, never followed up, and never provided any updates. All of my court dates were informed to me directly by the court my lawyer didn't even know the dates. On the rescheduled date, he didn't show up on time and instead sent another attorney I had never met, who arrived late but worse part was I was not informed about it. So I was left waiting outside the courtroom, anxious and without any information. When we finally received an offer from the court, my lawyer gave me no advice or professional opinion. I felt completely unsupported the whole process. I paid thousands for representation that offered no communication, guidance, or effort. About a little more than a month ago, I reached out via email asking for help with a letter to the judge to request reinstatement of my driving privileges, and as expected, I never received a response. While I take full responsibility for my actions, I truly expected better treatment, professionalism, and support from this firm. I felt completely alone throughout the entire process, and I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. They violated Section 9 of their own policy, which states they must maintain communication with clients, my husband and I sent a letter and were ask to call them to speak to them which I did and never got a call back, so again from my EXPERIENCE I would never recommend this And funny they answered and have no idea what they are talking about, I am not looking for any family member set free I am the client (a DUI case) first time, so have no idea what response is for, but again I am not surprised my whole experience has been like this, thank you for reinforcing my point!!!

I can only speak about my experience with attorney Catherine Meehan. The chances of her calling me back were 1% and when she did call me back it felt like I was getting on her nerves (which I expressed to her). She finally told me what I was being accused of when I released her. She didn't accept any evidence I gave her or wouldn't call any of my witnesses. At the end, I felt like she worked with the prosecutor and not with me. They state they try to get you to not go to court but it's more like convincing you to take a plea. I also started to feel like she wanted to just use my case to say "this person had this and we did that". Her heart didn't feel like it was in it. I can't say use her or not that's up to you.
