NRS Injury Law

The incompetence within the Law firm is amazing. No Call back, MY son who has the same last name as mine, was injured at work, Amazon. The attorney herself was worried about the company's attorney. Then we settled on an amount aka settlement and guess what, Three months later, no documents came "in the mail"; NO SETTLEMENT check came "in the mail". NO CALL BACK! They took his settlement and never said or returned a call back to him. This office is a fake, a SCAM! He will never see that money. The settlement requested my son, Bailey, to leave his position as part of the terms of his settlement. Guess, how long ago that was? Three months. Guess how long it takes AEP, GAS and Landlords' to kick you out? Update: Someone from the office reached out to my son last week but we have not heard anything since that time.

NRS did an excellent job for me after I was injured in a serious car accident (an awful hit and run event) that caused many injuries and many expenses. This type of legal process is always complicated, often aggravating, and goes on for months. I worked closely with Christina Strubbe and with Dan Romaine, plus several in their paralegal support team. They made a difficult situation much easier for me because they were supportive, responsive, and professional at every stage. They always quickly returned my calls and emails. My insurance company settled with me to my satisfaction, I'm sure, because NRS is experienced and industrious. Highly recommend this law firm!

These are the worst group if attorneys I've ever seen. They NEVER call, they never answer their phones. They make being injured worst by keeping you in the dark, not explaining what's going on and just no communication whatsoever. Act as if client's should know already how this works. I'm now in a deep depression, mainly because of the anxiety of bills piling up and not knowing jack crap! I'm getting a new attorney. We don't deserve this! I've tried working and my injury won't allow, so I'm stuck waiting on calls that NEVER HAPPENS. They do not care and lack empathy. Done with this place

The staff has been absolutely horrible about follow through regarding processing paperwork and communication with us. Our case has been going on for nearly 5 years now, which I understand is not all NRS, however now we are down to the end and there has been virtually no communication. An offer was accepted weeks ago, however there has been no paperwork to actually accept the offer. Our family is in a very very serious situation where we need to get this taken care of sooner rather than later. NRS is aware of our very sensitive serious situation, and still continues to drag their feet.
