Had the absolute pleasure of receiving an email from Aaron's paralegal today with a letter attached threatening to sue me for stuff I didn't do on behalf of Kogan and Disalvo. In my opinion, the letter was inflammatory and not fact based in the least. It appeared to me as though Aaron had not actually reviewed the evidence or done his due diligence. I can't say I'd recommend hiring him. Also the "this will follow you for the rest of your life." Comments were a bit threatening and over the top. I will say I did appreciate his organization of the exhibits, well done! I would like to ask Aaron to apologize to my wife and I for his baseless accusations, and the emotional harm his actions have caused. It is my contention that he should have properly reviewed the evidence, not made aggressive and misleading statements, and not been a part of an intimidation attempt on behalf of his client to silence negative reviews. I was going to file a bar complaint in Florida against Aaron as well as his client Kogan & DiSalvo, who are bound by legal ethics as well. (My wife and I are located in Florida as well as Kogan & DiSalvo) however I couldn't find him barred in the state which makes sense as his firm is listed in Ohio. I'm hoping Aaron is a honorable man, apologizes for his inappropriate behavior, and upholds his ethical duty to tell the truth, not make misleading statements, and not participate in using the threat of lawsuits to coerce and intimidate the removal of protected free speech. If he does apologize, then we'll be able to put this entire unfortunate event behind us, as I believe everyone deserves a second chance but first they must correct the mistakes they made.
