I'm happy to learn that there are attorneys that work specifically with nursing home abuse and felt very comfortable with these gentlemen and all staff involved. The case overview and objective was sufficient. Focus group members were encouraged to ask questions or raise concerns which were patiently answered. I never felt condescended to, rushed emotionally manipulated in any way.

Got an opportunity to interact with their office and learn about their services. Was really impressed with everyone I encountered including the lawyer, support staff, office staff. Frequent breaks were incorporated so that I could stay fresh and not wander off during the presentation.
