Cortney recently helped me with my auto accident in which I was hit from behind while temporarily stopped on an icy snow covered road in NW Canton. Unfortunately, the 18 year old driver was unable to show proof of insurance or his driver license. The case/claim is still in it's early stages and my long time insurance company was giving me indications that my insurance rates were going to increase and that my formerly unblemished driving record would now have an incident documented. Considering my high deductible and all facts involved, i felt my insurance company was not representing me well while at the same time was going to "financially punish" me in a "no fault of my own accident".........THIS is when I indirectly came into contact with Cortney. (Cortney now shares office space with Brian Zimmerman) Cortney immediately gave me direction in the restitution process as she gave me a few easy steps that I could first take to possibly resolve this without involving my insurance company. (note: she has formers experience working at a well known insurance company). I REALLY cannot THANK Cortney enough for giving me hope of having a positive outcome to my situation. Cortney gives me the feeling that "someone is actually on my side in this case" compared to my insurance company. In short....my telephone conversation with Cortney revealed that she is smart, articulate, friendly, positive, kind, and has a variety of life and work experiences that comprise a well rounded individual. All important traits when you need a "friend" along life's journey. Thank You Cortney!!!
