Read this review if your young adult has experienced a f1 or f2. I found Jim from another attorney I called. Yes, in the beginning he answered all calls or responded back in a very timely manner. I noticed alot of these reviews say something about him never answering or responding back quick enough. Now use your common sense.. He has court several times a week, other clients , and a family. He does reply just takes a little time. My son was looking at a life sentence.. Now I dont wanna put the business out there . But This man managed to get the f1 dropped and my son released after 280 days . My son had no criminal history. There was times I got mad at this lawyer. Like I dont know, I didnt feel like he was doing all he could. The process does take time and for some of us its overwhelming. And dealing with a felony of this degree, well it takes time. His closing statement was amazing. Everything I thought he wasn't bringing to light, he did again and again. Your frustration in a case that takes months is real. But the longer it takes the better in most cases. A lawyer can't get you off on your charges when there is proof. He has to follow laws , the prosecutor could hold strong. The judge has to follow laws as well. They can't change your felony. So listen. Stay calm and trust the process. Always tell him everything so no surprises pop up. He is an amazing lawyer ..
