Very unprofessional! It appears some of the paralegals may need some business etiquette courses. Not only I was I hung up on for merely trying to clarify what I was needing, I was denied a copy of letter that was sent out in the mail over 6 months ago. All that I asked is that she email me a copy of it for my records. We had experienced a tornado and are just trying to get new copy

Eric griebling left us on an ovi case at the courthouse because he forgot he told us to wait on him. He put a guilty pleasure on me, didn't try to fight my case at all. He is extremely incompetent I think he's getting altzeimers. I could've represented myself and got same or better results without the cost of his ridiculous $200 hr rate when he did NOTHING for me
