The absolute WORST! Mishandled my divorce from beginning to end, and basically let my ex's attorney intimidate and harass me in court, and also just let my ex walk away debt free and stuck me with a huge amount of bills. She said it was "better that way." Her domestic partner is a Summit County magistrate and so keep that in mind before you hire Ms. Wagner. Staff is unprofessional and if you're allergic to cats, her office is full of them so keep that in mind also. She is CONSTANTLY late for court hearings and doesnt contact you until the day OF the hearing with information. So you basically walk into court unprepared. There are WAY better divorce attorneys in the area!

Very unprofessional, her office stinks like animals, she doesn't return calls, and when she does she charges. She keeps getting continuance on my friends Divorce case, it's been almost a year. She's paid in full. He can't even get his personal belongings from his house! I do not recommend her at all
