Has been handling my grandfathers estate. My mom, the executor, was told to sign incorrectly spelled names as they would "fix" the paperwork after. They also sent paperwork with my grandfathers last name incorrect to my aunt to sign, she notified them of this and they told her to sign and they would correct it after they got it back. She refused and they eventually proceeded without sending the corrected paperwork to her to sign by leaving her out. We have been trying to get an EIN for a bank account and have been repeatedly told the wrong information to put on the paperwork from him and his staff. The IRS will not issue one for what the attorneys office told his debtors to make their payments out to as it's a different name from the probate paperwork.

Mr Cimorell was a great help to me after my husband passed away. He has the best staff as all are kind, caring and just awesome to work with.

Mr. Cimorell is currently handling my uncle's estate. Although it is a little complicated because there are 7 beneficiaries, we have had nothing but problems with him and his staff, and it has taken over a year to close. Contacting him at his office has been a frustrating experience, as he's usually never there, or we are given incorrect information from one of his employees. When we questioned information on an inventory accounting, his response was borderline threatening. Even more appalling is that when he recently sent paperwork through the mail to be signed, included in the documents was a paper from someone else's case from 2013. The incompetence we have experienced has been overwhelming.

Brett and his staff handled my parents estate after their passing, and I must say it went really smooth. Their help was extremely appreciated. Thanks to all!
