AWFUL! Joyce is nothing more than a used car salesman with a law degree. Over-promised and under-delivered throughout the process. Nearly impossible to get a hold of. Charged me for services I told her I didn't want/need, then didn't do the things I asked/needed. Unacceptable from someone you pay thousands to rely on, during an already troubling time (divorce), to then be treated like I'm simply a bill instead of a client and human being. Despicable!

I've been going through a custody battle with my ex husband, I retained Joyce to help me and go NO WHERE. She was NEVER in the office. I spent more time on the phone with her secretary than I did with her and every time I called to talk with her I was told she was "on vacation this week". She completely ignored my wishes when it came to my case, she refused to bring up the actual problems in my case that needed to be addressed. And because of the pandemic, there were hearings that were done through conference calls with our attorneys and she never kept me updated on what was going on with any of that. Constantly was on me about "not keeping my self in the loop with my case" but was never there to answer my questions, or help in any actual way. She basically just took money, and walked into the court house and gave my ex husband everything he wanted and is expecting me to pay her another $600 for her "services". 0/10 do not recommend her at all. Very VERY unprofessional to tell someone to stay on top of their case when more than half the time, you're never around to keep them informed and fight for them which is literally your job. She's a joke.

Went as support for a friend seeking a divorce and Joyce convinced her that dissolution was a better way to end the marriage. Less expensive too
