Everyone was helpful when I had questions. They responded back in a timely matter on issues that we came across. Keith did an exceptional job was very informative and respectful of our wishes. I was not happy at the beginning did not explain that the credit course wouldn't be good till I paid off my fee, so I lost 25 dollars having to take it twice. All in all I was satisfied with there work.

My attorney is INCREDIBLY difficult to get a hold of when I have questions. It takes weeks and multiple phone calls. I understand he's busy but I'm a client too! Also, customer service is usually nice. But I have had one of them hang up on me while I was talking.. I was stern with the importance of the call and the need for a call back because my attorney STILL hasnt called me... but I wasn't yelling or cussing.. I was talking.. very unprofessional of that customer service lady. UPDATE: A legal assistant called me about a half hour after I called them and answered my questions. Denise called me and we got everything figured out. Changed my 2 stars to 3 stars due to Denise contacting me to make sure all my questions were answered.

I had my intake phone consult today 10/10 and it went amazing!! I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name that I spoke with, but he was very pleasant, listened, and gave a good run down on how everything works with the law firm. He also gave a great explanation of the different chapters a person can file and also covered the cost and payment arrangements PERFECTLY!! So far I am very impressed especially after having talked to a couple other attorneys and was not so impressed!
