I had some issues with communication at the beginning of my case, which left me feeling a bit unsure about the process. However, one of the attorneys, James Doran, personally reached out to me, took the time to listen, and helped address my concerns. Their willingness to clarify everything made a big difference, and I now feel much more confident moving forward. I'm thankful for their help and appreciate the effort they made to ensure I felt supported.

Update...So its been almost 2 months now and I've decided not to move forward with this company. With me making only 2 payments of about $295, I didn't give them a chance to do any work for me. I let them know I wanted to cancel representation and would like a refund. They made me go through all these loops, even saying I had to do an exit interview. I did the interview, and even then, I was questioned as to why I want to cancel and why I should move forward. At this point, I'm feeling harassed because if I said I don't want to move forward and want my money back, it should just be that. I even went to their company in person to see why I hadn't received my refund. Still nothing. been going through this so-called process for almost a month now. When I first had the consultation, I was told the process would start immediately after the first initial payment. Here we are, a deposit and first payment in, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Mind you, I've completed the welcome package and turned in every document needed.

DO NOT HIRE! They prey on people who don't have many options. I hired them to litigate a existing judgment on my behalf, they failed to mention that they don't litigate in court. All they do is receive kickbacks from 3rd party collection agency's. I negotiated with my debt collector for almost half what they got!! If you do hire them, keep all your paperwork and communications..... The will loose it and then lie about it!

My grandmother had a bankruptcy case with this company. The first person who handled her case, she did an awesome job. She had personal issues going on in her life and had to hand the case to Brian. Where he case should've been over and her house should've been paid off in October 2024, that's not the case. Her case had to be started over ( which it shouldn't have cause her case was for 5 years) and something was handled wrong being that her house wasn't paid off after being in bankruptcy for 5 years ( that's the whole reason my grandmother filed for bankruptcy). My grandmother Mae Logan passer away September 12, 2024 and now me and my sisters are fighting to keep a house that should've been paid off during the bankruptcy case! This is the worst business to go through and I'm so upset we are going through this! They don't care though because after she died, they hurried up and closed her case. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer to look through her case from 2019 to 2024. If you go through this company, go to the one in Columbus Ohio at Easton! Brooke Elliot is the best at this location!

They send me a letter stating I was being sued for a credit card debt. Ok I called to get a free consultation. I spoke with a man who told me I have to file chapter 13 because I want to keep my cars. I asked how much I was given a price to be pay to keep my cars. I asked how much for your service I was given a price and told I can make payments. I said ok so my payment to consolidate my car notes plus pay them is a bit much. I wasn't sure if I was gonna be able to afford it so I need time to think about it however, I felt pressured that I needed to get the money right away and just go with their firm right away which is not fair. So I said, I need some time to get the money together and think about it. I would receive several taxes I know about the situation. I received a text message confirming my next date to talk to someone the same guy and then I get another one. So I call them and tell them you guys are texting me out I'm aware of the situation they had me talk to the same guy I saw two before and I was telling him I understand but I thought we supposed to speak on Saturday and I was trying to explain to him like it's a money issue then I started telling him how I felt pressured to only go with a firm and no one else and that's kinda not fair I said I will talk to him on Saturday. Then he calls me today talking about another lawsuit. I said I'm aware of what's going on and I thought we were supposed to talk on Saturday. He tells me I wasn't scheduled for Saturday even though I have a text message proven I was supposed to talk to him on Saturday Now I'm feeling very very very much pressure to go with his law firm which is not cool because if I feel uncomfortable, I'm sure other people feel the same way . I was called from two different numbers. I don't know what's going on with this firm, but something needs to be done because no one should feel pressured so Saturday when I talk to the same person I'm going to feel super uncomfortable and I will let them know exactly how I feel. I'm sure I'm not the only person that happened to and it's sad at reading somebody's reviews how people were done. I'm a fair person. I try to give everybody a chance, but this right here has been totally uncomfortable and stressful. Update I kept my appointment and I let Sean know that I has make arrangements to pay my debt off and I was going to hold off on filing any bankruptcy. So he said oh what about your other debts? I said it's ok. I can worry about it because I only have one other debt. So instead of saying ok I understand he was RUDE and said you should be as if he's planning on telling on me. He acted as if I have to ONLY depend on this firm! No fair law practice. I have a right to work out a payment arrangement. If anything happens to me I wil know it's this firm . Just sad!!!
