I was curious to see if I had any charges on my record as drinking and parties were the essence of my college years. He was very knowledgeable of the proceedings police take, however in the end, I know without a shadow of a doubt it was an easy money grab for him. I still remember to this day. First, I need to retain him for $7500, then pay for a couple of motions to where he told me to plead guilty for the misdemeanor charges that was initially charged. This would be fine if there were any new damaging evidence. However, there wasn't. I was just scared to retain a predatory lawyer for 7500, and paid an additional 2500 for a preliminary hearing and one motion.
