Our child wanted to take the stand but at the same time was very nervous but Erica made sure she was safe and felt comfortable the entire time. I had ended up in quite a legal mess fighting custody across state lines. My court date was approaching and my previous lawyer had switched law firms I still had not found suitable legal counsel. I was referred to Erica Shively. She she was kind enough to take my case last minute. The first time I spoke with her I was so relieved because she was diligent in getting my case back untrack immediately. Erica took much concern for my children's well being and safety.
