He was very straightforward from the beginning and handled my legal process with extreme finesse; because of his knowledge and experience, my case was voluntarily dismissed by the state. I would not trust Mr. Stubbs with my freedom, my entire experience with him was unpleasant, he is the prime example of a man who hates what he does for a living, he only wants one thing and that is your money he does not care about the outcome just as long as he gets his money, to me a lawyer is supposed to go into that court with conviction and a fighting spirit to uphold our systems motto of innocence until proven guilty. The burden of proving guilt is the accusers burden hense the saying innocent until proven for guilty, not guilty until proven innocent. He is part of the brokeness within our system, he's a leech preying on peoples misfortune. He is smug, arrogant, dismissive to his clients best interest, acts as if he is holier than thou. He is also dishonest (I know shocker considering hes a lawyer lol) but you will definitely need to make sure you log any interaction with him because he wil definitely try to charge ypu a few extra hours of u let him. Do not pay for his services and God help you if he is your appointed attorney. Probably better off representing yourself than having him and I do not give bad reviews lightly I just feel people should be warned about him
