Horrendous experience from beginning to end. Terrible communication, slow to record, slow to inform us of problems with closing. Took us almost two weeks to receive commission check--attorney said it was mailed but was never received. Then when we got our hands on a check they emailed to say we needed to void it because they had a record that our firm received and cashed a check before the funding had even come through for the buyer! Also, the attorney recorded the sale with the register of deed before money was even received. A total disaster, an avoidant attorney, will NEVER use them again and will NEVER accept an offer from a buyer who wants to use them.

*this review is from my admins email* Gosh I wish I would've read the reviews before referring my clients to do their closing here. It seems everyone has the same issue! They barely answer the phone and I have yet to get paid! They said they put my check in the mail, in which I never received. So I called a week later and asked them could they do a wire instead, they said yes. I called the office a few times on Friday, they said it would be done then. Friday at 5pm still no funds. Today on Monday morning, I called and asked if they could wire my funds since it still was not done, they said they would check into it and have someone call me back.. hours later, no call back. I've called several times, no answer of course, which is super unprofessional. You guys shouldn't play with peoples money like this!! I'm sure the paralegals or lawyers wouldn't like if their paychecks were delayed 2+ weeks! Realtors are the core of your business and trust you guys to handle things effectively in a timely manner and professionally. This is super disappointing. My seller had the same issues getting them to wire his pay off in a certain time to the loan company as well!!! My seller is an investor who was going to switch to them because their pricing is a little lower but in this instance the discount is not worth it and you get what you pay for. So yeah if you like dealing with professionals who delay your money, don't communicate, and dont respond to emails, I guess this office is perfect :/ hopefully I will get my commission wired or I will have to make complaints against to the board and go other avenues because this is ridiculous!

We used this law office as our closing attorney for our new build. He traveled from Winston-Salem to Asheboro for us to close which was extremely convenient. Everything was quick and easy to understand.

This is my first experience with this law office and my last. On closing day when all parties have signed all documents your suppose to have your check cut and all is good right- not.We where told everything was recorded and checks are being cut, then told no money had been wired yet. This went on all day on Thursday till close to close of business and then we where told the lady who cuts the checks had to go home. So on closing day no money paid out. we where told to come to the office a collect the check the next day which is Friday because we are open (Good Friday) but guess what no answer at the office. They also text the realty and said a courier would put the check in their dropbox so they could get the check to us and guess what no check. This office has lied numerous times to us and so of now still no check. I'd never refer or use this office for anything.

First and foremost, no words can actually express my gratitude to Every single lovely person at this office. We bought our first home with hellacious circumstances, people, and timing. Had I not had them on my team, I honestly don't know if I'd be sitting in my home right now. My family now has a nest. My children have a forever home, and we have you all, including Diana, to thank for that. We will never forget how hard you all worked for us, how fun closing was, and the patience y'all had dealing with crazy. Thank you for all the miracles you made!!! Forever grateful- The Guti family
