Mr. Hines is extremely compassionate and was willing to represent me even when others told me I had a low chance of winning. He took the time to listen to me without judgment and gave me his honest opinion. Also, the fees he charges is less than most other lawyers in the area. After discussing my case with him, I told him I still wanted to fight no matter the outcome because of how important it was for me to speak up. He advocated for me in court and gave me a fighting chance. He took the time to review all the relevant documents I collected and made sure I was allowed to tell the court everything I knew without being rushed. I'm really grateful for his help and for the judge. It means the world to me that I was allowed to share my testimony. We fought hard and won.

Mr. Hines was a truly professional from the start. He listened, took many notes and was empathetic. After many months of continuing due to DA, we had a trial. Mr Hines was awesome and knew how to conduct and deliver informative points that were "deciding factors" to the jury. These were super serious false allegations that would've ruined my life, and he knew that. His professionalism and intelligence persevered and we got the truth... Not Guilty on all accounts per a jury of my peers (8 females 4 males). I truly can't thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Never thought I'd be leaving a 1 start review on a a small black owned business.. BUT HE IS A FRAUD. Will be contacting the bar to report how my case was handled. He never showed up for my court date, even after he took my payment and agreed to appear for me in court. I called in for an update, and his assistant lied about him appearing for me in court.. I had to call the court house for the truth. PURE RIDICULOUSNESS!

I hired this this guy because he was recommended to me from a longtime associate, And to be honest this whole experience has been a big waste of time. Only thing consistent about his services is him asking to get paid. He doesn't take your legal matters seriously and Im so thankful that my situation is nothing of great importance but can you imagine? He arrives late to court if he even shows. He hasnt called to gather any details of my case since Feb. 2021. If you enjoy wasting your time and money then by all means hire this low class attorney. Only thing I've learned from this experience is never take the advice of a friend do your own research as this guy is a joke and needs another profession because he clearly is not someone I would recommend for legal representation even for traffic matters.

He got my probation terminated while I was still facing jail time and I owed money. He been my lawyer for years and never disappointed me. He's very intelligent and dependable.
