I paid off a debt that was owed over a month ago. I am still getting garnished $1200 a month and was informed by the firm that it could take up to 45 days to file a letter of garnishment termination to the courts. I have bent over backwards to try and get this debt settled as quickly as possible. I am close to eviction on my house and I'm having trouble being able to afford gas to get to and from work. The firm is NOT efficient at processing and I am the one paying for it. I might be out on the street soon and It's too bad that they can't be held accountable for their sluggish performance.

Well all I can say about these folks is their just disgusting. The reason being they summoned my relative to a court hearing for a debt. They gave him zero opportunity to settle there while in court as he had a wad of cash on hm to do so. All he got was they or you should call them bla blah blah made no sense mis communication no paperwork or oral instructions on what to do next A TOTAL wash out on their end.

They call attempting to collect a debt that i have NEVER received a bill for. They send me a jury summons...after i told them to mail me a bill and i would pay. We schedule a phone meeting and they don't call. We finally get in phone & agree to payment Plan and I'm informed to immediately send back forms they will be sending...2 months later. STILL no forms AND no call back after 2 attempts to call. Worst customer service ever. Worst company ever. Never in my life have i tried so hard to give someone my money and they don't make any effort to want it.

spent 1hr 15 min 1st in line 10-3 . this firm does not have resources needed to the business they are in. called again 10-4- 1st in line on hold. then they say experiencing longer than normal hold time.then they drop that i am 1st in line. told to go to web site.put info in told i need to call. now to decrease the time i am on hold please let us call you back or leave a message .yesterday i left my file # and did not get a call back today. i am still on hold now for 28 min .THIS IS JUST A TERMINAL HOLD. MY PAYMENTS TO THE OTHER LAW FIRM ROGER AND SESSOMS HAVE BEEN BEING FORWARDED TO BROCK AND SCOTT SINCE MAY. I WILL STOP PAYMENT TO RODGERS AND SESSOMS WHICH IS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. BROCK AND SCOTT 5 STAR NEGITIVE. 37 MIN 1ST IN LINE B.S.
