Client Testimonials

Client

My case has been ongoing for four years. No one botheres to call you back. You get transferred to other associates that don't bother to call you. Three parallels and then another attorney while walking into a deposition unprepared with an attorney who you have not met. Four years and I realize I'm an after thought. They just want to get paid. If I could give zero stars I would! I would never have hired them if I knew they didn't care. I would never recommend them to anyone else!

This was an extremely helpful group after a terrible car accident. They were all kind and patient as we figured out how to help our family after such a life-changing event. They also understand how to handle the brutal insurance snakes that have no hearts. Laura was extremely responsive to every question we had.

Thank you all for everything! Laura is absolutely amazing. This was a 3 year long process and she constantly would check in and make sure I didn't need anything. They actually care for you on a personal level and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Her and Mr. Everhart made this whole process less stressful and headache free.

Thank you to D&A for handling my case. I would like to specifically thank Sam Helton for doing a great job with follow up, taking the time to explain things to me in terms that were easy to understand, and generally for his personable demeanor while engaging with his clients. Thanks again, D&A, and Sam! PS. Shout out to Sudie!! Thank you for being so helpful, Sudie!

UPDATE: 9/16 - spoke with my attorney today. Yeah, took awhile, but he was able to answer and address my concerns. I am currently using D&A for a case. Initially, everything was great. As time progressed, that is a different story. First, I would email the attorney to the email address on the business card I was given and not get an answer. Then I was told that they get so much email, they don't look at it and I shouldn't expect them to respond to email. They then told me that someone else was my liaison - someone I never knew of. Next, I was told I couldn't have PT until I was released from the chiropractor. When I was finally released, I was told I would have to pay for it out of pocket. If that's the case, why wasn't I told that at the beginning and I could have decided whether to start at the same time or not on my own? Finally, I've been getting calls from collection agencies for my medical bills. I was told that the medical facilities were notified and that they couldn't stop them from trying to collect. I finally talked to one of the collectors and they told me that the attorney only needed to call and then fill out a form for all the calls to stop. They said that other attorneys they deal with do it all the time and that my attorney should know how to do this. I've called and left a message with the office manager as they were gone for the day at 3pm. Still haven't heard anything back 19 hours later (it's Friday at 10am). I emailed the liaison and she said she didn't know how to answer my questions and we would probably have to schedule a call with the attorney. I don't get into accidents and get attorneys all the time (this is actually the first). It feels like I'm having to do this on my own. I've been told I can always switch attorneys if I'm not happy, but the negatives are that the settlement may not be as good (guess the flip opposite may also be true). We'll see how it goes from here.
