I provided them with an online payment option that was previously quoted via email after a thorough favorable recorded phone consultation with Darrell. But he completely went ghost the following business day. The communication stopped by both phone and email. Messages were sent and voicemails were left. Yet, they've held my payment for over 72 hours. Selena didn't show up to my court date for the speeding ticket I receive. That was the purpose of hiring a lawyer as advertised so that I wouldn't have to show up. Now I'm forced to take legal action against them if no one cares to explain exactly what happened. They should've at least tried to contact the court to reschedule my hearing. This is completely unacceptable and considered legal malpractice because it breaches that duty of care.
