I'll start this by saying, I do a lot of google reviews. Everything I review is factual based off 1st party witness and evidence. I witnessed, on video, Ken Darty, calling a plaintiff's family "complete and utter idiots" during an outburst where he fallowed and verbally assaulted a local media outlet; during a recess at a trial in superior court. During this video he can also be heard shouting that "all followers of this local media outlet where Idiots" which directly reflects back to myself as I am a follower of the Media outlet he attacked. Based off this direct video evidence, and key witnesses, I would not recommend a Law Firm with such demeanor. -This is in no way classified as Defamation and everything above is factual and evidence based.

Terrible lawyer I had Ken Darty and I don't know which one is worse Ken or his paralegal/girlfriend Jennifer The deal was 2500 to take the case another 2500 if it went to trial, Within the first year of me hiring him, he said it's definitely gonna go to trial so I gave him full 5000. Five years later, I never went to trial. And he made me take the original plea deal that was offered in the first year so he took my 2500 and wasted five years having it continued every time it came up. Twice he didn't go to court on my behalf so there was a warrant for my arrest. Thankfully I didn't get pulled over before he was able to clear it up. You can call and leave messages all you want. They will never call you back and I still got convicted of the original charge. This firm is absolutely useless. I take your money, waste your time and don't help you at all.

She was fabulous I was going in for a felony probation violation and she did WAY MORE THEN I EVER EXPECTED! Got it sent to superior court then dismissed!!!.She knows the law and she likes to WIN! You ever need a lawyer that will make you feel as if you're the only client hire her!

Unfortunately, I took some bad advice and hired this law firm. Jordan Darty was my attorney and I will never in my life wish my experience on anyone else. I got the WORST deal possible. All they want is money but they don't deliver AT ALL. I got screwed in the worst way and I didn't find that out until I hired a better lawyer and was told the truth. These people are lawyers and they gamble your freedom. After speaking with other people who went with this firm, I wish I did better research.

We had Jordan Darty as our lawyer for my brother in law. He was amazing answered every question we had no matter the time it was. His office was also a big part of the process.
