I will say that I understand how stressful a job can be after dealing with several different attitudes day in and day out. I am completing a review under a different name to protect myself. I see a lot of reviews and you can tell those who are angry, so angry their sentences make them look illiterate. So it's hard to believe you so here goes my review. I have called several times, sometimes every other week it took over 30 days before I could get an answer. I'm getting yelled at, talked over. Never received a visit, letter, phone call or anything that's why I have to call periodically. The receptionist is rude yes! That can damage a business but what really hurts is when you don't feel like you can trust being treated as a human being due to her lack of sensitivity. Maybe that's not her job but one thing I do know is when working in an office environment. You do have to treat people with kindness no matter what. I get living in that small town may lead you to feeling like being aggressive is all you can do but that's not true. She talks down to you over the phone, you can hear it in her voice when she reads the charges. Something you are already well aware of and do not have to be reminded. I'm not here to down talk her but I am speaking my experience within the past few months. However, there are people out here who aren't rude and who know how to be polite. I am one of those people! I honestly don't even want to call back. She's made it aware she's been there over 20 years. I can only imagine the people who have felt less of a person after calling. I cannot do a review on Mr. Minor because she's the only one you can talk to. To the receptionist you know that you're the representation of Mr.Minor's law firm. I know we are looked at as the bad guys and I hope that you know that not everyone is angry all day. I hope your days get better.
