Mr Winstead was hired for a workers comp case in 2020. My friend had to call Mr Winstead to find out how the case was going. Mr Winstead called 1x to get my friend to come sign papers. After that, my friend would call Mr Winstead about every 2 weeks to find out what was going on. Week after week he heard the same thing from Mr Winstead. He would say, "I haven't heard anything ". I finally reached out to Mr Winstead as my friend ask me to do & he would say to me,"Im going to send them another email.". This was getting old & I called back & he informed us that the case worker was no longer there & he had to find out who was handling the case. All the time wasted could have been prevented if he would have reached out by calling. He is not an aggressive attorney, so if u are looking for an attorney that will fight for u, he isnt the one! In closing, where Mr Winstead wouldn't fight for my friend, my friend passed away without getting his settlement. Mr Winstead was very aware of my friends health, & although he acted like he was concerned about my friend and was going to get the case resolved, he didnt. Do not waste your time with this attorney!
