I was very fortunate to have Rick and his team represent me. It had almost reached the statute of limitations before he took my case after I had been given bad advice from a "friend lawyer" in the very beginning. My case was not an air tight shut case, but he believed in me. I've always been honest and he got to know me a little and he could tell I was and I knew he was a very genuine person as well. I had another lawyer refuse my case right before Rick took it because of the late timing and truthfully, the other lawyer didn't believe in me. We settled outside court before mediation, thank goodness, and I was very pleased with the results. Rick also brought in another lawyer, Chris Nichols for extra assistance. Chris was amazing as well!! Tammy, Rick's legal assistant, was very organized and handled all my medical files and bills extremely carefully.
