I've been with Martin and Jones for 3 years now regarding the Camp Lejeune toxic water situation. This firm has been amazing to work with, the communication and service has been wonderful. Working one on one with Steven and Celia on my claims has been easier than I could of imagined. Celia Brown is a trooper, she is a great listener and a hard worker. She is a gem, that diamond every company needs!!! Thank ya'll for anything!

Other than being a long process (that is to be expected when going up against the Government) they keep that process smooth and I was well informed. I received a positive result in the end. All of team is kind and understanding, I would highly recommend them.

They never take on cases that you have proof of to assist. Like the other guy stated. I also believe they chose who they are willing to take based upon certain factors (iykyk) I also gave them a certain email, why did they chose to contact me on a email address I never gave them? Very suspicious.... I think they are also affiliated with some of these hospitals and don't want to go up against them even when you have evidence of wrongdoing legally.

I have a medical malpractice case in which i presented clear documentation proving negligence. This firm just takes on phone call settlements and lacks the expertise to handle anything more than simple ambulance chasing cases .They asked me for tireless details only to send a canned response letter that the case was too difficult for them to handle. Again-I gave them all the documentation that a fifth grader would need to present to show negligence. Avoid this firm. They are phone call settlement lawyers who lack the expertise to handle even basic cases.
