I recently worked with this law firm after being involved in an accident, and I couldn't be more grateful for the support they provided. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond my expectations. They handled every detail with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for my situation. I hired this attorney eight months ago, and during that entire period there has been no progress on my case, no communication about any offers, and no updates of any kind. I repeatedly requested a phone call with the attorney, and although his assistant scheduled it, the attorney never showed up or called. This happened more than once. The firm does not respect their clients' time, and they failed to provide any meaningful communication or results. In eight months, the attorney only spoke with me once -- and that was only after I kept asking his assistant to make it happen. Overall, this firm has shown no effort to obtain a settlement or move my case forward. I strongly recommend hiring a larger, more reliable firm that will actually fight for you and get results

I left the military in 2010 without filing a VA Claim. My mistake. I contacted them on June 16, 2025, was accepted as their client on July 11, 2025, and on October 10, 2025 I was contacted by the VA with a decision letter supporting my claims and properly adjusting my compensation. This included the correction to dates, diagnosis, and ratings. I would like to thank Victoria Gauthier for her kind words, soft touch with an old veteran, and her professionalism regarding the VA. After many disappointing experiences, her assistance with my claim is appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their VA claim.

I once left a negative review because communication with this law firm has been a huge problem regarding my accident case. At first, I had a paralegal named Jerely -- as soon as she saw my review, she called me and asked me to take it down. Now that she no longer works there, I have another paralegal, and it's the same situation: they don't answer calls, don't return voicemails, and don't reply to emails. I do NOT recommend this firm at all.
