I was completely out of my league when I called in. I was assigned to Kari Wischnowsky who was very patient and was there to answer my questions through the whole process. She was always available to take my call or respond by email. From the first day I called and spoke to Kisha and was assigned to Kari, the John Orcutt team is awesome. I had a smooth easy experience working with this office. When I initially called, I spoke with Mitch Oakley. We set an appointment, then I called a few times to change the appointment, and each time he was very gracious. My intake was done by Niliah Chobot. She answered all of my preliminary questions and thoroughly explained the process to me. Na'jiyah Page quicky sent out the documents for me to sign. Then I was connected to the paralegal, Lori Hall, who eventually worked on my case. She processed the entire document, asked follow up questions when I was not clear, as well as answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. Within 24 hours of going in to sign the 9 pages needed to file, I had my case number! Such a relief. A literal weight is lifted that I did not know that I was carrying. Thank you. This was an easy and smooth Ch 13 filing process.

I began this process in September 2025. The intake paralegal was wonderful and handled the paperwork with ease and professionalism. After completing the intake paper work I was called the next day for a telephone interview which lasted maybe 30 minutes or less. Everything was explained completely. Once the paper work was reviewed and approved it was forwarded to Merita Blakeney the pre-bankruptcy para legal she was very helpful and professional. She sent me the forms that explained clearly what I needed to do to provide the firm with all the documentation needed for them to prepare my case. Once completed she reviewed my paper work and documentation and completed my case for filing with the court. Which was done a few days ago. All I can say to this point I am very satisfied with the professionalism, respect and helpfulness of everyone I have had contact with within this firm. I highly recommend them.
