While driving to see my son in South Carolina, a tractor trailer hit the back side of my car on I-77 causing me to spin sideways right in front of his grill. The truck then pushed my car until he could come to a stop! Medics pulled me out the passenger side of the car which was totaled. Between the initial medical needs, police, insurance, and follow-up physical therapy, it was A LOT! Thankfully I was referred to Kellum Law Firm! Craig, Kay, Melissa and John explained every step of the process, were patient with me and my endless questions from start to finish. The settlement was beyond what i would have expected - but looking back at my experience, it was truly their attention to detail and comforting/assuring me all along that I will remember. If I could give them a negative rating I would with absolutely no hesitation! This has by far been my worse experience working with any person or organization ever!! For a year and 2 months they did absolutely nothing for my case, placed me with 3 different legal assistants, then ultimately dropped my case via a message through an app. They've done below the bare minimum regarding my hit and run car accident. Horrible, and I would advise any individual that wants professional, timely, and thorough examination and assistance in any case to look elsewhere for aid. Never Again!!

The worst experience working with someone who was supposed to have my best interest in defend me No professionalism no communication my case stay open for over a year almost 2 years And they settled with the first settlement I feel Just to go ahead and get a their payment when I Advised her I was happy with the settlement she told me she had already agreed because it was going to be the best offer which I mean, I got back little to nothing after doctor bills and their fees But I was hit by a police officer he was found in the wrong. I was the one who had to go to the hospital and doctors in pain Sore for months I'm pain pills this law firm is full of it they definitely do not care about there clients I pray that If anyone is considered growing with this law, firm definitely look over the reviews and think carefully before choosing Kellum law firm
