I've had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. Communication has been nearly impossible -- despite leaving multiple voicemails and requesting updates, I have yet to receive a single response. After more than two months, I still don't know if anyone is even working on my case. This lack of professionalism and follow-up is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their client service. UPDATE: after initial google review After posting my Google review, I received a missed call from Mr. Beyers' law office. I returned the call the same day during my break and spoke with Michelle, who mentioned she had received an email regarding my review and was reaching out to provide a status update. Before this, each time I called, the receptionist answered but always transferred me to the paralegal's voicemail, and I never received a return call. It was disappointing that it took a public review to finally receive a response. Michelle informed me that my letter had been drafted and sent "basically for free," but it was neither tracked nor sent by certified mail. I had assumed my case was being handled with care and professionalism, but that does not appear to have been the case. Now I understand why my earlier calls went unanswered. I had sought out their law firm for legal assistance, but unfortunately, they did not deliver on what was expected. I would not recommend them.

I have been working with Ms. Lippert and Ms. Oliveros on a very impactful case, and I have to say, I can't recommend a better legal team to have. Not only do they show care and attention to details, but work tirelessly and efficiently. If you want to actually be treated as a human, rather than a case, look no further and don't waste your time with anyone else! They are absolutely incredible, and I am so thankful for their professional capabilities and skill!

A mistake was made by this firm after closing on our new property where a portion of our return funds did not come to us. We reached out for over a week about the matter. At one point, they needed to confirm that certain monies had been paid to the seller. We waited for the firm to look into it. They did nothing. So, I had to take matters into my own hands. They do not respond to emails, so don't try. The only way we could resolve the issue was by increasing the frequency of calls and emails to the point of becoming annoying. From other reviews I have read, their communication skills in general is very poor. The problem is resolved, but it was like pulling teeth.

Attorney Lippert has never er been my Attorney; however, she was the arbitration Attorney today in Catawba County. Extremely fair, even though I was upset, it is not her fault and I would absolutely utilize her services. As a paralegal, I recognize someone with ethics and she does have them. Thank you for your kindness today, Ms. Lippert.

I have worked with Michelle lippert on my divorce and child custody. With both she was compassionate she heard me out, she looked at all evidence, told me all the steps in sequence she was honest on how long everything thing would take. She always made sure things would go our way an never got my hopes up over anything. she got my divorce fairly quick. The custody order was fast an the rest omg amazing after waiting for 2years we won our last case on child custody an i never feared i would loose. I would like to thank Michelle and her team for all the hard work and time they put into my case an all the reassurance. Me and my kids will forever remember all the hard work an love yall gave us.
