Mrs. Jessie was a blessing! She helped me walk through a land deed. What we needed and where to go to get it done so it could get completed quickly! Thankful for this office!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst closing I have ever had. I have been a real estate broker in North Carolina for almost 9 years and I have closed 100's of files. This office is absolutely unprofessional. They lost documents and pointed fingers at the lender. My whole file was a disaster from start to finish. This firm made things more difficult. We are way pass our contract closing date. My buyers rate lock expired because their office said they had no timeslots . Fast forward Here it is finally closing day 4:40 PM and my clients deed has not been recorded. My client signed their closing documents at 10 AM this morning. And at 4:40 PM they are still asking for invoices that was sent to them a week ago!! I got two different stories on why the deed have not been recorded yet. I personally had to go to the tax office, get the deed stamped and drive it back over to their office and hand deliver it! Do you think I got a thank you? No! I asked Jennifer one question is that all they needed And you would have thought the roof came down Jesse stood out from behind her little cubicle and started yelling and screamed at me. Then Eric himself literally come out his office, rushed into the lobby like he was going to hit me, he got in my face screamed at me and told me to let them do their job and to get out of his office! I'm am a 40 year old black woman and with the amount of craziness and racism going around in this world, this was terrifying !!! please do not get my words twisted. I am not calling anyone in this office racist. I'm just telling you how I felt at the moment and why. His energy towards me was unnecessary. I was not loud with anyone. All I did was ask a questions which I have every right to do as a representative for my buyer.. I'm writing this and it is now 5:16 and I still haven't been told that this has file has recorded. I have heard horror stories about this office, but because I have never used them I did not want to judge them.After this experience I now I see what everyone has been talking about. I will never recommend this office to any of my clients again.

You went out of your way to ease the process and I want you to know I appreciate you and the rest of the staff. Everyone in the office was extremely professional and courteous as always this is why I have used Eric West on several occasions and will continue to do so.
