Attorney Ashley McDuffie

Ashley McDuffie showed up on my legal plan so I contacted her office. After I gave her assistant my information and she said that Mrs. McDuffie would contact me later that afternoon or the next day. Its been several days now and no word from her office. If this any indication of how she handles her cases then I'm glad she didn't return my call. Save your yourself the trouble and don't even bother with this person.

She gave me a quote of $4,500 for license restoration. The other quotes I got were 3x less than that. All she had to do was say I don't want to work your case. Janelle(not sure if I spelled that right) thinks she is better than people cause she is in an office setting, quit while u are ahead you are taking messages for someone else.She attempted to insult my intelligence like I didn't know what court involves. I used to live in the court house in my younger days. I called back to get an update and Janelle was very rude. It was clear that Ashley Mcduffie did not want to help me and she is greedy and doesn't have the credentials to charge the way she does. I would not advise anyone to hire her. The whole firm is a joke!!!!

I had an amazing wonderful experience with Ashley and Kimberly. Outstanding ladies who get the job done. Ashley did a great job with my case I have a great appreciation for them. They helped me get through a difficult time in my life and did a marvelous job as my attorney.I highly recommend her to anyone needing legal services.

A scam among the states is to dredge up ancient motor vehicle violations and to demand money to resolve them. In my case it was a 30-year old violation in North Carolina, preventing renewal of my Georgia license. Living in Georgia, I needed help. Ashley specializes in situations like mine, among others, and she was able to navigate the process very quickly to get it resolved. (It turned out it was mistaken identity, which is why I called it a scam.) Even when the country and state pointed fingers at each other, she got them on the same page. Her fee was better than fair, and money well spent compared to traveling 600 miles and spending days of my own time. I recommend her highly.

$500 to clear my record over an yr ago. I paid $250 nd never completed payment one of the ladies I spoke with last yr said I could get a refund at ANYTIME then I call to let Ms. Mcduffie know I no longer needed help and would just take my refund now all of a sudden they've been everything but went to court for me so now I'm outta money and they still want me to pay the other $250 to complete something I found out how to do on my own FOR FREE make it make sense cause it's not to me. But if they need that $250 more than I do so ima just pay other $250 so I don't lose out
