This lawyer don't have any winning skills. If you want to lose a case contact Benton. She fabricates information that will give you any winning thoughts. If you question her about her performance her reply is she's the lawyer and tell you the role she wants you to portray. She's quick to withdraw from your case when she can account for most of the retainer. Charges for any contact whether she did or not. Bottom line any attorney can do better representing any case.

If I could rate below a one star I definitely would. If you're thinking about spending money with Kimberly Benton; you're better off representing yourself. Worst lawyer I've ever had, worst experience ever. She speaks to you as if you cannot understand, and TALKS DOWN ON YOU. "Well I don't think you're really going to win.." Correct me if I'm wrong, a lawyer MAKES SURE YOUR CLIENT WINS. This lawyer is probably THE worst in kinston.

Doesn't have my aunt in Kimberlys best interest. I feel like Kimberly is not helping my aunt with her case. When Kimberly's office is called, they disrespect by hanging up on us..

All she did was write up a motion for us, that could of been done by us although she lied about this, we then had a 1 hour meeting. Our case was solved in a different state 2 weeks later. We had paid her 750$ retainer. When I called her for partial refund she said it would be around 400$ and available in a week. A week passed and she dodged me for 3 weeks never personally returning my call after many requests. In the end a secretary said they would be sending me 156$ which I still have yet to receive.nor a return phone call from this so-called lawyer. Stay away from this fake liar for your own good!

terrible, sloppy and unprofessional services. she seems to get personally in her feelings with clients,and works against you depending on her feelings. communication level sucks. she also makes jokes of her clients personal life around the court room I've witnessed it.just sloppy. no stars
