Chris Stepp and his staff are amazing! He knows the law and his demeanor was very calm and patient during the legal process we had with a close family member. Mr. Stepp would explain in layman's terms so we could fully understand what we needed to know and be prepared very well for court. Mr Stepp has assisted my family/friends numerous times. He is extremely intelligent about the law, more than that he's honest!!! He doesn't sugar coat anything. in my particular case he washed able to win by presenting the facts in a way that couldn't be disputed. He has answered questions even before he was retained. Although he stays busy, he is always willing to communicate clearly what he can do and the results he expects, and hasn't given false hope.
