Attorney Eugene M. Carr, III was simply amazing. God used this man to assist with my divorce and seeking custody in 2012. He allowed me to make payments until the debt was paid in full. Carr was unprofessional, literally yelling at me over the phone when I hesitated to accept a deal I couldn't afford. I ended up accepting the deal because he threatened me if I went to court. He was clearly on the side of my opposing party, calling both the opposing party and her attorney by nick names and constantly defending their interest while not allowing me to go to court to defend mine. I considered switching lawyers in the middle of the thing, but couldn't afford it. Stay far away from this attorney.
