I am satisfied with my experience with LawSmith PLLC. My original phone call was returned quickly and Toni was very helpful. I paid my invoice, but did not receive a receipt notification. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had called to follow up 2 or 3 times on both my payment and my case, and left a message with another employee for Toni to return my call. I never received a call back. However, I did receive a close letter the day after my court case with information that I needed. I would recommend this law firm. I would also suggest that phone calls be returned when a message is left.

Mr Smith knows his stuff. He took his time to actually explain his plans why. He made me understand all the possible outcomes. For as knowledgeable as he is, his very humble. The judge nor the state knew what to do cause he knows his stuff. In & out case. He is smart, professional & very respectful.

I used the J Scott Smith law firm and I thought I would have had more of a fight and actual defense from my Attorney Sam who is an associate attorney at the firm. However I know for a fact that I could have represented myself and gotten the same result. There was literally no fight from my lawyer in my case.
