Was lied about getting daughter out of jail immediately. Paid money in January he said only misdemeanors on charges. Paid him 2000$. Then wanted 10thousand for felony. After saying 8thousand. I paid the 8 thousand. He never went to jail to see daughter she was in jail in Rockingham for 18 mths. I had to push Soltys to work on her case finally June went court. Judge released daughter but clerk wrote wrong release Soltys never checked why wouldn't release her. Also lost misdemeanor papers for judge on Thursday. I traveled back to KY without daughter after staying Monday to Thursday Soltys never helped when was suppose to release. Soltys called Monday said daughter is getting out of jail now. I was 8 hrs nobody to pick her up.put her on street after being in suicidal watch for 18 mths. Bad experience finding her. Soltys is awful lies and not professional at all. I feel scammed.

Worst lawyer ever. Rushes me off the phone. Never listens to what I'm saying. Not to mention has 3 phone numbers and and never know what one I'm posed to use to get in touch. I'm having to remind him of my court date when he is posed to be representing me. He has not shown up 3 times. I just fired him yesterday and hired a new one. He just fixed the OFA and stress this lawyer has caused me. Unfortunately waisted money on him! Do not hire this lawyer!
