UPDATED: Morgan and Perry finally decided to get back in touch only after I posted this review. Mr. Perry reached out and had said he had been sick and had not in the office. As the office was responsible for applying our mortgage payoff late, Mr. Perry did reimburse us for the four days of interest lost, which was a decent chunk of change. That being said updating the review seemed fair. Updated to 3 stars because we shouldn't have had to do this for a response and the admin staff still ignored our calls and emails. I do appreciate Mr. Perry for reaching out and remedying the situation by reimbursing us for the money we lost on this transaction. Recently closed on our refinance with Morgan and Perry and WAS NOT happy with the process. Be warned!! The initial paperwork was fine, all signatures accounted for and the process was fine. We signed on a Tuesday and due to the 3 day right to cancel the funds to close out our refinance was supposed to be sent on Friday of that week. Fine fine. When we get our escrow balances and interest paid we are horribly short on our interest. Our daily interest rate is close to $100/day so it adds up quick. Turns out Morgan and Perry sent the payoff three days late and then it got applied the next day through our servicer. So four days late. We called, talked to the lawyer to find out what happened and they blamed it on the bank... but were sitting on our funds for three days? We had more questions they never actually answered. We have since emailed and called with no one returning our messages. So now they are ignoring us and hoping we go away. Today we show up to see if we can talk to someone and the door is locked at 4pm (supposedly open until 5.) So yeah. I'm now out $400 in paid interest due to this firm. Take my warning and avoid at all cost!

Such a great experience! Morgan & Perry really walked us through all the necessary steps and this process was truly seamless! Every single person in the office was delightful to work with and so responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.
