Attorney Harris just beat my brother's case. We are so grateful for him. He has been working the case since 2020 but due to court delays has been unable to get the case resolved until today. The case went to trial three weeks ago and he has worked tirelessly to make sure an injustice was not done just because the state wanted a conviction. My brother was charged with murder, kidnapping robbery and conspiracy to robbery. Attorney Harris was able to point out the lack of evidence and inconsistencies the state had. The jury decided "Not Guilty" on all charges. We are forever grateful for attorney Harris. We now consider him family. I highly recommend.

I was convicted of four charges I did not commit and convicted of a double jeopardy on a misdemeanor larceny after the charge was dismissed in a previous court this attorney is horrible.

My name is Kevin Bullock, a.k.a Half, & I want to tell you this critic detail about Robert J. Harris. If you're ever thinking about hiring him for a federal case, DO NOT DO IT! He's either incompetent as a federal lawyer, or he's working with the FEDS. I paid this guy 15k & I had no details of my case until I was sentenced to 220 months. Since then, Robert J. Harris won't take my calls, answer my letters, or return any phones calls from my wife. I'm currently filing a grievance to the Bar because Robert J. Harris refuse to send me my discovery (Files on my case) so I can find some loop holes in my case to reduce my sentence. Please do not hire this man. He will take your money & work with the prosecution to get you to plea guilty.

First he has no secretary!! Always have to leave messages with NO return calls. This was for a court appointed case. Defendant sat in jail for 2 months without legal representation each time he went to court. Guess all he had to do was give the State a bill of what he " didn't do" and get paid. If the court appoints him to you, you will rot in jail!!!! Seems he's so overwhelmed with private clients he TOTALLY disregards the court appointed clients. Worst service we ever received. When you hear his name ...RUN!!!!!!!
