Martha is the best!!! I was so impressed how professional the staff were..the intake staff was so friendly, explained what to expect and took my info... Then the case manager Martha called me.. yes, she called right on time.. i was shocked.. she sensed my stress And was so calming, explained the process, several times with such patience and reassurance that it was ok, walked me through the steps, waited to make sure i received her emails, and understood what she sent.. then she did a recap of everything we discussed to make sure i understood it.. was so nice and friendly and provided contacted information for the team..
