I would not recommend Brent Patterson. He said he would represent us in our case but just dragged us along. We had several meetings to discuss the case only for him not take action. I don't believe he ever intended on working our case. In the four months we dealt with him, he never responded to any of the multiple emails I sent. He talks more than he listens and I also suspect he didn't take action because he had a conflict of interest with the other party.
If you need an attorney for a personal injury claim, I want to recommend Scott Adams, Attorney at Law. When my wife was in an accident that was not her fault, he represented us and negotiated a settlement with which we were very satisfied. Mr. Adams communicated very well with us throughout the process and answered our many questions with clear and understandable answers. We would contact Patterson and Adams if the need would arise again.
Great experience. I was so scared after my step son's first accident but they led me through it with a lot of hand holding and compassion! Toby was very helpful and Stephanie and Mr Patterson were great also! Hope we never need them again but would not go any where else if it happens again!
