I've never been in an accident before and I didn't know what process I would have to go through, but thanks to Snow Legal Group. It was easy and I had no issues. Not only did they help me, but they also educated me on many things that I did not know. It was easy, fast professional, and honestly what I needed after such a scary experience. I will not ever use again. They hide or delete bad reviews. He overcharges and won't speak with you afterwards. I sent a certified letter and the office never accepted or responded. After I reported to the State Bar trying to get a partial refund his office declined to work with them or us. He did not do all I asked of my son's case. The last I called needed him to expunge my son's records, he stated due to us reporting him to the State Bar he did not feel comfortable working with us and hung up on me. Do not waste your time. Charged $7500.00 and used my hard work to will the case and only came to court twice out of a year. He would cancel coming to court the night or the morning of and lied . After getting the reports from the court it showed a different reason than what he gave us.

I am thankful the firm took my case. The ladies working on obtaining information, verifying, and confirming documents and negotiations with the insurance company did an amazing job. Given where I started with insurance co and where I ended is unbelievable. Words can not fully express my appreciation. These ladies committed themselves to my claim and supported me. They negotiated and continued to until satisfaction was evident. They were most patient with me and very positive. I will return for the many services offered by Snow Legal.
