I have used them for two accidents I was in during the same time frame. They were very helpful. They sent someone out to Hickory for my first consultation. Then after they took my case (and they were the only ones to take it, until other lawyers found out they could get a few $ out of it.) They kept me informed of anything going on. It wasn't constant communication, only when needed or if I called them, they always contacted me back asap. I had Mr Balaban and his legal aid (Sheila). She is so personable, I always enjoyed talking to her. Now I'm waiting for the 2nd and hopefully final settlement to come. I strongly recommend using them. I actually had Mr Balaban call me on several occasions, which is rare to get to talk to the lawyer himself. They've done me right throughout the whole process. Definitely will use them again if the situation arises. I hope not though.
