Brett Dressler

I can't say enough good things about my attorney Brett Dressler. He did an amazing job helping me deal with a shady contractor who was trying to not pay me. Brett is on top of things to say the least. He communicates well and was with me every step of the way. My experience with Brett and Sellers Ayers was excellent. If you haven't been in a situation where you need a lawyer, you should know that no one ever wins, so my advice would be to avoid a legal situation if you can at all do so. But for when you need a lawyer, I would highly recommend Brett Dressler. Brett was always so on top of the issues brought up by the other side, and considerate of what input or new thoughts I had. He was always thinking through them, and took input from me as point-counterpoint. He was very responsive, and sought to get a resolution that would matter to me and my family, not just "...this is what you are going to get...". He also was quick to bring in outside expertise when something was outside of his swim lane, but didn't turn it into a "buddy-club" with people he just wanted to help get billable hours. He could explain why you would want to pursue one strategy or another, and he could identify supporting information for the different strategies, and evaluate their strengths and their weaknesses. At the end of the day no legal action is enjoyable. However, engaged in one with Brett I felt very well represented by someone who knew the law, who considered multiple perspectives and options, assessed different outcomes over the course of the engagement, and who also thought about my case and regularly set and re-aligned my expectations, as needed from time to time.

My husband hired Brett Dressler after a traumatic work place accident that required surgery, physical therapy, and counseling to deal with the physical and mental damage done.
