Extremely disappointing experience. I reached out to this firm multiple times--two phone calls and a detailed message through their contact form--and never received any kind of response. Not even a courtesy email or call back. I waited several weeks, thinking they might just be busy, but complete silence is unprofessional and unacceptable--especially from a law office advertising civil litigation services. If you're looking for a responsive, dependable legal team, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. When someone is in a stressful legal situation, being ignored only adds to the anxiety. Do better.
