We hired Koral Alman to help us with our estate and trust and were beyond impressed with her compassionate and professional approach to such a sensitive topic. I was seven months pregnant at the time and particularly vulnerable and she was so clear and concise while maintaining sensitivity to the topic. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

I have to say what an amazing law firm this is. Stephen and Pat his paralegal go above and beyond for the people they represent. Watching Stephen in action articulate facts with years of experience and knowledge is truly amazing and his paralegal Pat she also goes above and beyond. I felt like after all was said and done I not only had the perfect team representing me I had made friends. Very professional, caring and kind even beyond the case at hand. I had a poor experience with this law firm. I submitted an online request to a specific attorney, followed up by a voicemail, and never heard from her. Two weeks later I received a phone call from a paralegal who works for a different attorney. She took my information and said she would call me back to let me know if her attorney would take my case. I never heard back. I called back next week and left a voicemail, no return call. The #1 thing I want is an attorney who will call me back and do the work. Not my law firm.

I would NOT recommend this law firm. My experience was disappointing due to a lack of organization and poor communication throughout the process. Responses were often unclear, and the firm seemed to drag their feet on key tasks, causing unnecessary delays. When it came time to finalize everything, they even made mistakes in calculating the correct distribution of funds among family members. If I had known how frustrating this would be, my family would have gone elsewhere. I hope this review helps others make a more informed choice by considering other law firms that may be more attentive and reliable.
