Pete Henry is an incompetant lawyer. He eagerly took my 100.00 for consultation fee. He said he would get out an eviction notice to my tenants. After six days I called to ask him why he hadn't gotten the letter out and he said he had been busy in court. Wow, news flash Pete your a lawyer. Thats your job, to go to court. Have your secretary type it, thats her job. He said he would get a letter out right away. I received a copy of the letter after 4 more days. My squatting tenants were costing me lots of money, so I pursued court proceedings reluctantly using Pete Henry. He said he would file with the court. After countless phone calls and one months time I finally had to get another lawyer. He will not return phone calls, and he will not follow thru on anything he tells you he will do.
