Good afternoon for the most part I did have a pleasant experience with this firm. I do wish to say that people that are handling the case. Need to remember sometime that they're dealing with people who are not lawyers and their approach and their tone when speaking to the client should be professional at all times and not disrespectful. On several occasions I did have disrespectful conversations.
