John is first and foremost a consummate professional. John explained every step of the process. He is timely, patient and thorough. I retained John to handle a fairly complex child support matter. I am the custodial parent of my children residing in a different state than their mother. This matter required John to consult with my local attorney and also negotiate with my ex's counsel who is contentious for the sake of being contentious and difficult.
