100% Recommend. Todd and his team were fantastic. Process was quick and easy. I never felt judged or as if I was doing something wrong. I chose Todd not because of the reviews but due to our conversation during my consultation. At that point I knew he wasn't there to squeeze me for what ever cash I had left (unlike what another attorney at a different practice tried to do) but that he actually wants to make sure people get out of the situation they are in.

Right from the very start, everyone and Todd Cushner's Law firm were not only polite and friendly, but held my hand every step of the way. They never made me feel shame at having to declare bankruptcy, but were there with help and kindness every step of the way. In our first meeting Todd told me to call him any time with any question. That line could be a tactic by some to sign a client, but in Todd's case he meant it.
